Andres Murillo Jr.

March 6, 1964 ~ December 31, 2021 (age 57)

Obituary

Andres Murillo Jr. was born on March 6, 1964. His Parents were Gloria Murillo and Andres Valenciano Murillo. He was raised in a big family, which included his three sisters and three brothers. Growing up he was always referred to as ‘Guero” because of how blue his eyes were and because of his light skin. He left behind his Partner Alida Alvarez (58) & his four children Andres Murillo III (28), Eduardo Murillo (27), Alondra Murillo (25), and Emely Murillo (19) . He also left behind his five grandchildren; Leobardo Murillo (3), Joziah Fregoso (3), Leia Murillo (2), Leilani Fregoso (1), and Andres Murillo IV (7 months). Mr. Murillo was a truck driver from 1992 all the way up to 2014. He later became an owner operator and started his own business. He proved that anything really is possible; if you set your mind to it.

Mr. Murillo was also a single father of four and was honestly the best dad anyone could ask for. He made sure his children always had what they needed and more. He always kept a roof over their heads and food on the table, and even managed to go to every important school event. There were plenty of times that he wouldn't catch a break and bad things would happen but he always managed to get back up every time and keep pushing forward to bring his children up and give them the best life he could. He took his children on mini road trips, bike riding, or even just having a little carne asada just to get the family together and have a great time. He was the type of person to make up any excuse just to get the family together. When he would have birthday parties he always made sure to get something special so the whole family could have fun, for example; he would rent bull rides, jumping houses, waterslides, or that one time he rented a dunk tank.

Mr. Murillo overcame a lot of obstacles in life and never let anything bring him down. As he aged and the grandchildren started coming he looked forward to being just that; the Best Grandpa anyone could ask for. He loved laughing with them or even at them when they would get into trouble or just do silly things. He was also known to give those cheek pinches out of love. If one of his grandchildren was crying he tried to help in any way he could just to make them smile again. Mr. Murillo will always hold a big part in our hearts and he wouldn't want us to live in the past; he would want us to keep proceeding with our lives knowing he's watching over us. May he rest in peace.
