Christopher J. Marble

Christopher John Marble of Atwater, was born an identical twin in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to Robert and Margaret on December 22, 1947 and passed away on September 12, 2023 in Turlock, at the age of 75.

Chris was one of five children and spent his early childhood years in his hometown before joining the United States Air Force where he met his wife Honorata Marble. 

Chris was a dedicated father, husband and grandfather. After retiring from the military he worked many years at Merced Color Press. When his working career was over, he enjoyed an active role as a grandfather and a member of the Church of Christ. 

Chris is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Margaret Marble and his brother Steve Marble. He is survived by his wife and three children Honorata Marble (Wife), David Marble (Son), John Marble (Son), Rowena Marble (Daughter), and siblings David Marble (Brother), Chuck Marble (Brother), Melody Valcourt (Sister). Also survived by his 2 grandchildren Cielo Henderson (Grandson) and Ava Person (Granddaughter).

Graveside services will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
