Javier Serrano Trujillo, "Uncle Boof"
Born on September 20, 1969 in Turlock, CA Passed on July 11, 2022 in Turlock, CA
Javier is the youngest child of Mary and Roberto Trujillo, always saying that they had finally gotten it right. Javier attended local elementary schools and graduated from Livingston High in 1987. He worked at Foster Farms then for MUHSD. He ended his working years with Merced County before retiring because of health issues. Javier was a SF Giants fan attending several games with friends and family and nobody had better say anything about his beloved Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed playing golf with "Purg", "El Gato", "Taylaman" and numerous other friends and family. For sure once Javier got to know you and liked you he would christen you with a nickname that would stay with you always. The Kid, El Holeeis, Dawittobaby, Linguisa, El Haron, La Kaci, Granny, Papalo, Phat, Phatestso, The Bear, Antonchee, My Junior, Jabroni, Beavis, Mr. Azevedo, Pookie, Heather McFeather, El Doug and so many more, you all know who you are. If you were really special he would make up a song about you and snap his fingers and sing it to you every time he saw you. Despite all the obstacles life threw at Javier, everyone agrees he never complained, never complained of the pain he was feeling. He never had a bad word towards anyone. If there was something he knew he couldn't change he just rolled with it making the best of things and living his life. He was proud of his nephews and niece and their "Uncle Boof" was always there for them when they needed him. Always at the ready to do what he could for everyone. Javier was the go to man for several people in his life. Always willing to help in anyway he could. He is preceded in death by his Father, Roberto M. Trujillo. Javier will be missed by his mother, Mary L. Trujillo, sister Sophia Trujillo (Chuck), brother Robert R. Trujillo (Luisa), brother Ken Taylor (Amy), nephews Aaron Dominguez (Kaci), Elias Trujillo, Dominic Dominguez and niece Elianna Trujillo.
A celebration of Javier's life will be planned for a later date.
