Jeannie Lavon Mann was born on May 26, 1955 to parents Coye and Sammye Williams. After a courageous fight with cancer Jeannie passed away in her home surrounded by her loving family on April 14, 2021. Jeannie is preceded in death by her father Coye Williams, Brothers Gary Williams, and Author (Dale) Williams and sister Connie Borba. Jeannie leaves behind a husband Philip Mann of 42 years, son Alan Mann, daughter Rachel Avila and husband Salvador Avila, Son Philip Mann Jr and wife Erica Mann, she also leaves behind her mother Sammye Williams, sister Amy Johnson, grandchildren Kaine, Ayla, Jeremiah, Noah, Ayden, Izaiah, Landon and Lubella. Jeannie was born in Merced California but Spent most of her years in Hopeton California. Jeannie retired from the Merced County Landfill as a heavy Equipment Operator in 2005 she often spoke of that job with joy, she loved working there. Jeannie loved her family, friends, President Trump, and our Heavenly Father more than anything. Jeannie loved to be outside weather it be spending hours outside gardening or just sitting outside listening to the birds’ chirp and the bee’s buzz. One of Jeannie’s favorite things to do was go to the casino with her mother and sisters and just have fun. Jeannie was a wonderful person that showed everyone she met so much love. Jeannie is and will always be so loved and missed every day. Jeannie’s services will be held on April 30, 2021 at Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home at 3050 Winton Way, Atwater Ca, 95301, Viewing begins at 10:00 am and the service starts at 11:00 am immediately following is the grave side service at the Winton Cemetery at 7651 Almond Ave, Winton Ca, 95388. The reception will be held immediately following the graveside service at 2351 Turlock Rd, Snelling Ca, 95369.
