Rosa Maria Villarreal

Rosa Maria Villarreal, of Merced, born April 27, 1927, in Mexico to the late Encarnacion and Ysidora Villarreal, passed away at the age of 96 on October 26, 2023. She worked at Ragu (Unilever) for over 25 years. Her job there was a Strapper. She is preceded in death by her granddaughter Rosario Torrez and daughter Maria Guadalupe Ramos. She was also the last survivor of her 4 siblings. She is survived by her son Jose B. Ramos (Sara), 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Rosa leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who would call weekly to check in on her. She also loved spending time with her family and watching her Western movies. In her spare time, she loved taking care of her roses and tulips, numerous animals and going shopping. She will be missed by many. The family would like to thank Hna. Carmen Granados and Hna. Angelica Gallegos for the daily love and care.
