Zenobia Holley

Zenobia Holley went home to Jesus, December 27, 2020. Zenobia was born in Texas. She was born to Willie Mae and Jessie Denson.

 Zenobia came to Merced, California in 1964. She has also lived n Texas, Arizona, and Louisiana. She spent the last 47 years in Merced.

Zenobia was a member of St. Matthew Baptist Church.

In June, 2002, she retired from Merced County Office of Education. She worked with children for over 28 years. She found her love for serving "special needs" children when she started working at Shelby School, in Livingston, California. She worked at Shelby School for over 20 years. She touched many young lives and offered loving support to the students, teachers, and parents. Her love for these children never ceased.

Another passion for her was serving people in the hospital. She served at Mercy Medical Center in the Spiritual Services Department as a Chaplain.. She loved talking with the patients and spending time with them in prayer and sharing God's word with them.

Zenobia leaves to cherish her loving memory her daughter, Annette Anderson, two granddaughters, Tiqua Anderson ad Valerie Anderson, four great-grandchildren, Lawrence Anderson, Ayleah Harville, Jaymar Anderson, ad Jarrod Brown III, and one great great granddaughter Lelahni Anderson. She also leaves two brothers, one sister and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Zenobia Holley will be dearly missed by everyone.
